Ship the Product: Once we receive your email, we'll provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please Note:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
